Be aware of prepayment
Since a few weeks the online-shop „Meck-Pe Discount“ does not deliver many of the ordered goods. Mostly these items have been paid in advance. The police is already informed.
Several Austrian consumers contact the European Consumer Centre Austria as well as the Austrian Internetombudsmann concerning the non delivery of ordered electronic goods.
Meck-Pe offers on its website electronic goods at very low prices.
First prepayment, then no delivery
These very attractive offers are often too good to be true: In a lot of cases the ordered goods have never been delivered and the police is already investigating these cases.
Contact the police
Meanwhile, a formal complaint has been lodged against Meck-Pe at the police. Austrian consumers can contact the Austrian Police via the following email-address robert.riedl@polizei.gv.at.
