The Your Europe portal gives individuals and businesses practical information on their rights and opportunities in the EU.

It focuses on real-life, cross-border situations, e.g. European citizens wishing to work or study in another EU country, or European businesses wanting to move to or open a new branch elsewhere in the EU.

Citizen or business

The portal is divided into a citizens and a business section.

The citizens section is maintained by the European Commission's Directorate-General for the Internal Market and Services, and the business section by the Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry, with the active contribution of other European Commission services and national authorities.
